ICS is an American based telemarketing firm looking for people with great English communication skills, who are focused and capable of communicating with American clients fluently.

The position will require familiarity with basic office equipment and computer programs. It will also require the ability to sit for long periods of time and be on the phone for most of the day.

Interested applicants who are fluent in English may respond to this notification outlining your education and work experience.

Selected applicants will be contacted via email and WhatsApp, and requested to provide a CV in English, and after review of the CV, scheduled for an English Evaluation over the phone to gauge your level of English fluency. After the evaluation, if your skills meet the minimum requirements, we will schedule a formal interview.
Requisitos:
English fluency
Ability to read and write in English
Desejável:
Skilled in negotiation, patient, and able to manage customer rejection well.
Punctual, organized, and self-motivated.
Responsabilidades:
Must be capable of communicating fluently in English.
The position requires you to sit for long periods of time using a computer and telephone.
The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.
