Call Center Representative / English Fluent Or Advanced
Aside from English fluency, the position will require familiarity with basic office equipment and computer programs. It will also require the ability to sit for long periods of time and be on the phone/computer for most of the day.

Selected applicants will be contacted via email and WhatsApp, and requested to provide a re-sume (CV) in English, and after review of the Resume (CV), scheduled for an English Evaluation over the phone to gauge your level of English fluency. After the evaluation, if your skills meet the minimum requirements, we will schedule a formal interview.
Skilled in negotiation, patient, and able to manage customer rejection well.
Punctual, organized, and motivated.
Relay pertinent information to clients regarding outstanding legal issues.
Make accurate notes of the outcome of your conversations.
The position requires you to sit for long periods of time using a computer and telephone.
The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 11:30 am to 7:30 pm.
