Experience in Manufacturing Leader or similar responsibility, ideally in heavily integrated operations driven by on-time customer delivery.
Track record putting safety first and supporting a culture of high safety standards.
Experience in project management, including continuous improvement projects.
Experience building strong performing teams and developing people.
Familiar and comfortable working with Excel for analysis and Powerpoint for monthly reports and project status follow up, as well as a strong flair for ERP systems and data manipulation.
University degree with major in mechanical engineering or related area.
Good command of English is an asset (both oral and written).
Formal training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma is a strong asset.
